HOW TO: RENT SKI EQUIPMENT

There are many places in Nozawa Onsen that offer ski rentals. With a great selection of gear and friendly staff, Shiro recommends the following shops.

 

• Shirakaba Rentals

Located at the top of Yu-Road moving walkway, they make an easy option for Shiro customers. They allow you to leave your rented gear in their dry room after skiing so it makes for an easy trip back down after a day on the slopes.

 

If you pre-book by providing your size details, they give Shiro customers 10% off.

• Mt Dock

Conveniently located at the base of Nagasaka Gondola, Mt Dock are also a retail and coffee shop. The staff are keen skiiers and have a great knowledge of their products. See the staff at Shiro to get your 10% off voucher. 

 

• Nozawa Sports Thanks

Also located at the base of Nagasaka Gondola, Nozawa Sports Thanks have been around for years.

They have a great range of powder skis and snowboards for the deep days and offer a drying room to keep your gear over night. Let them know you are staying at Shiro to receive 10% off.
